Indeed, Casey pulls together literally everything for the team—the properties, the clients, the myriad appointments and appraisals ... the list goes on. “I love coordinating, ensuring the photographer or the appraiser will be there when it’s convenient for the client,” says Casey. “I care genuinely about the client experience.”
Maybe that stems from the fact that Casey knows the challenges of changing up homes: After all, she’s lived in Seattle, Kansas City, Chicago where she graduated from Columbia College of Chicago, and Los Angeles.
